We’re proud to offer our incredible 3 Year Warranty on our Compact Shelter tent frames and hardware! This warranty covers manufacturing defects or issues related to the materials or workmanship of the product under normal use. Here’s everything you need to know to submit your warranty request:

What’s Covered:
- Frames: We offer a 3-year warranty on frames. If you experience any issues, we’ll ship you the parts you need for repairs — we just ask that you cover a flat $39 shipping fee per parts order.
- Canopies & Walls: All canopies and walls are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
- Accessories: Accessories such as Roller Bags and Wall Storage Bags are covered for a one-time repair or replacement if damaged.
What’s Not Covered:
- Weather-related Damage: Damage caused by misuse, improper setup, or weather conditions is not covered. To maintain coverage, the canopy must always be properly secured and maintained.
- Canopies & Walls: Accidental damage is not covered. We recommend inspecting all items upon delivery and reporting any issues immediately.
What We Need to Process Your Claim:
Please do not dispose of damaged items. To process your warranty, we’ll need clear photos of the damage and detailed information about your claim. Our Warranty Specialist will review your submission and determine the parts required to get your tent operational again. Incomplete claims without photos or sufficient details may be denied.
Shipping Costs:
For frame part warranty claims, the $39 shipping fee must be paid in full before replacement parts can be dispatched.
